classic prob: new paint job (biancospino) on old and vanished ones. I guess that not too embarassing because saddle will hide it. Just a matter of messing up it with dirt and what ever can bring some more yellow pigment and get a matching patina.

Next step

New sleeves and cables. Damm it, what a pain. It took me almost 3 hours to set clutch, gear and throttle cables.

PX 200 pipes don't fit SS exhaust flange (different inclination, and diameter). Heater is also too long on a BGM tourer and rubs against the kickstart pedal. A complete cut and weld job was needed to fit it perfectly.

The first trail. Sounds good, maybe a bit rich (160 BE3 130 and original idle jet)

I fitted a p200 exhaust to my ss engine by just changing the barrel stud to a p2 conversion one and grinding the exhaust stud mounting on the pipe , if anyone wants to do that and can,t weld ( ie me ! ) , Please let us know as soon as you find out the speed increase as I,m looking to upgrade my ss engine too !

I've been busy trying to connect the loom correctly. Regulator is under left panel.

Front hub pin (the one between fork and swinging link) is dead. Rust and concretion left needle prints on it. Surprisingly, Wheel pin is still in a pristine condition. No play nor hard spot. As new.
