SS180 in a Fastfrog way of faire les choses...

New sleeves and cables. Damm it, what a pain. It took me almost 3 hours to set clutch, gear and throttle cables.
PX 200 pipes don't fit SS exhaust flange (different inclination,and diameter). Heater is also too long on a BGM tourer and rubs against the kickstart pedal. A complete cut and weld job was needed to fit it perfectly.
The first trail. Sounds good, maybe a bit rich (160 BE3 130 and original idle jet)

Size matters!
I fitted a p200 exhaust to my ss engine by just changing the barrel stud to a p2 conversion one and grinding the exhaust stud mounting on the pipe , if anyone wants to do that and can,t weld ( ie me ! ) , Please let us know as soon as you find out the speed increase as I,m looking to upgrade my ss engine too !
