yep, got caught-out in that one miself: top peg runs very close to the boost port edges.

you could post the cylinder to af and get them to check the clearance or ask if they dont mind you buying the largest for you to check then refunding if its too big on clearance

I hope so, will be a right balls ache if i have to hunt down a piston nearer my bore.

can that be done? Wiseco are a good piston. Dont know if they will go with an rb?

Do you know if this is 66 dead? Thats a lot closer to my bore. Could be the go. Please dont tell me these ones have the potential peg position.... :cry:

To be honest id rather keep it as a spare as its a cheapo and put the best in i can afford. The 5 speeds been in its box since Wicksteed and the iv finished paving the drive so im back on the rebuild. Hoping for a wet one tomorrow so i can get a day in the garage......Is that wrong..... :o

We run a wiseco piston in our RB20 , worth ringing ben and seeing if he's got any to suit.
