Varitronic, Using DC Option?
No. Sorry Mike should have said the AC Indian switch. These were designed to seperate the 12V headlight from the rest of the circuits (as these remained 6v). Blue can be used for the DC in and will feed yellow and black in positions 2 & 3. Use brown as the AC feed into the switch and this will feed only the orange (supply to dip/main switch) in position 3.

So, take a blue wire from battery +ve to yellow & black of the ignition switch, and connect any gauges to ignition yellow? Take the loom brown to orange of the ignition switch to power the light switch? What about the DC horn?

Can't comment on the quality of them as haven't used one. If you buy one, confirm with them that it is based on the Indian 6v/12v type and not remade to Italian spec.soulsurfer wrote:Thanks Kev, you meant his one? http://www.scooterrestorations.com/lamb ... ac-indian/

However, I think I've got one somewhere I bought from Allstyles (albeit with the horrible plastic covered keys) that I never used. PM your name & address and if I find it you can have it to try.
