The pinging occurs at wot and as im rolling off the throttle, my float is set up to go as high as it can without flooding the carb. Ive filed the slots in the stator some more so i can get the timing to 14° btdc ive just come back from a ride the pinging has stopped with the timing at 14°
Having the timing this far retarded i thought would have a detramental effect preformance?
