You just need to carefully cut the raised part of the reflector off (I used a wood saw) so that it is level with the outside of the housing and then use plastic metal to glue the LED board into the housing taking care not to bridge the copper strips on the rear of the board with ther filler (just in case it is conductive enough to cause problems.

Whole job took 30 minutes 8-)
I cut the lugs off with a dremmel and then used some perspex sheet cut to the shape of the light housing and glued that in place, then drilled a hole in it for the wires and fitted a grommet to keep the elements from getting to the LED board, then drilled a hole at each corner of the LED and screwed it into casing using small washers to space the LED board away from the perspex, job dome. Much less hassle if you've got the flat housing like Lam46 though.

they fit the early early GP lights with little modification, the later curved ones are easily cut with a dremmel then stuck on with silicone.....fantastic lights....... 8-)

Thanks for the help lads. Got mine today via Corrado and it wasn't hard to modify with the dremmel & some silicone.

so do as I said in my email.
your brake light is DC, so that will work already.
but your rear light is AC, so will only work with the engine running, but you can use the battery to test the wiring.

I don't get it.

I have a back light without the engine running, but when I press the back brake light the light goes out.

Nothing happens when I use the front brake light.

I don't know how to test with the battery.
