In the new year I will be getting an Indian API LI 150 barrel I have bored out to fit a thin ring 175cc piston and tidying up the ports a little to fit on an engine with TM24 carb and VW reverse cone clubman pipe. After reading umpteen posts on all the sites the average recomendations for similar size engines to maintain a nice torquey feel is 170 exhaust, 160 inlet and 125 transfer with ports at 62% (straight line measurement) of piston dia.
Can anyone give me feedback as to if I am far wrong with these figures.

bit more on the exhauxt 176 how are you going to take the trans to 125 ? call in to the shop and I can show you how i would do it
