Keep seeing some nice handlebar grips for sale on flea bay but not sure whether to buy them as I don't know whether they will fit. What diameter should I be looking for for a series 2 and what's the difference between s3 and s2 ones?
What about Vespa?
I'm confused?

No the last ones I got were about 10mm too short, series 1 and 2 generally have a raised collar
You may be able to stretch a rubber one

Most motorcycle grips have two sizes in the pack: one 1" (throttle) and 7/8" (clutch). Both Lambretta grips need to be 1".

You may find a good selection, perhaps even 1" size, in a cycle shop, especially mountain bike specialist.

So it's the length of of the grip and not the diameter that's the difference? I'm after some balloon grips for a series 2- anyone know any good stockists?
