I got a DC Ignition switch cheap for 3 quid :D . It's a SIL one but needs rewiring for it to work properly. I've found that the ignition on/off works so I guess the problem could be getting the lights on etc. The dealer ( a good one) has sold out on the AC ones and sold them cheap but 'to be repaired' and if they've sold out they must be repairable. Has anyone got any ideas, I guess it could mean resolding some of the wires on the back of the switch??

Yes, do yourself a favour and get a ScootRs one, for more reliable than the Indian ones imho.

Yes, I'm a big fan of Scootrs and have used their ignitions before without any problems but I just thought I'd give this one a go if it can be fixed.
