Dan and myself are as eager as anyone to see the dyno results from one of the Foxhat big CC motors and so be enabled to pass on the info/dyno results to others on their behalf ,however
unfortunatley and despite our original post that we did for them regarding what they do ,this has never happened...so far...although obviously at that time we thought they would be forthcoming.
quite a few times ,we have been asked to dyno one but for various reasons none have materialised as yet,so we are just simply unable to do so...
The "power to the people " thing only works if we are able to pass on whatever is passed to us.in other words....
if we dont get it ,we cant pass it on :(

dont worry, you are in good company.....I was only tolerated in our early 90s enduro team as I owned and drove the van :( but there is no "I" in team as they say :smug:

there must be someone out there that owns a foxhat motor, the mbd low tune high power motor is a joy to ride on the road, its not 40 bhp in anyones dreams but a good honest 23bhp with a clubman through the rev range so if the foxhat is similar but higher tuned then its still an interesting option and one that i would still be interested in.

sounds like the issue is over promise under deliver but that's true of many tuners. ive had to go and collect unfinished work more often than ive had engines on a dyno :wtf:

no not me, train drivers rt255 on chaulkies dyno using a anciloti clubman. he is about to try a ralph saxalby clubman. so it may go up or down. currently revs to 8k but pulls from tickover so has looooong gears.

most of the high mileage riders round our way have gone back to either an rs clubman or the ron moss one and wouldnt go back. my ts1 gets a clubman next if i can find something uncrashed to put the engine in.

power delivery is NOT racey so my ts1 240 with b race pipe passes it flat out through the gears but the rt pulls a higher top speed and for fast long distance its much better.

train drivers gets one of mbds secret reed vales for next year.

I thought anyone could get that sort of power from an iron barrel with a few S stickers on the side panels :P
