Can I use this to run a spotlight?

That photo of our battery was one we played with Mouses speedo hence the terminals, these terminals are the ones only allowed to use on Navy ships apparently as they are safer than soldered versions! We also keep the original bullets MBE0069 and MBE0001 and covers MBE0075 as well as insulated bulets and spades.

We are due delivery of the BGM regulator and rectifier where without any p1551ing around you can swap the Vespa 3 pin regulator, fit the new regulator and have either:

1. all Ac
2. Ac and Dc
3. All Dc
4. Ac with Dc for toys with no battery

It works with Standard Vespa, SIL and BGM type stator I believe, we have tested the first one and its perfect on a Standard SIL stator.

We are also waiting on the Trail Tech new 800 lumens LED light which is tiny and gives out a lot more power than poxy little spot lights.

We also keep 750 lumen Vison X spot lights which are brighter than head lights.

I was under the impression the BGM regulator was to separate AC lighting from DC accessories and that you couldn't have full DC

Personally, I found the full Podtronics type DC conversion was still the best way for decent stable lighting with stable power for accessories/spotlights and duck farts too.

Shop around Eden. I can buy Yuasa batteries of this size for £15.75 + VAT, and this is not a special deal.

Meanwhile, I have communicated with my man in the Far East (the guy who supplied the original 9W LED spotlight). Not only are new stock coming to him next week, he is also getting a 9LED 27W light with a better spread of light.

I have asked him if this is the same physical size, because his communication implied that it was the same 55mm size. I do hope so.

Now if I can get one of these as a dip light, and the 9W spt as the main-beam light, it will be lighting nivarna. I'm quite excited.

I use a Maplins lead acid battery, its the 4.2Ah one which is 90x70x100 LxWxH only £36.99

I have a 5Ah 12v one about the same size that I got from an electrical wholesaler for about £8, I have no idea why Maplin charge so much
