Personally I prefer to use an old plug first as it will colour up easier than a new one will,but that's just me.

....looks good to me....mugello's like to run lean in my opinion.....just beware of pinking and any hesitancy in throttle response....get checked out at a rolling road to be sure and get the max out of it!......enjoy ;)

I'd be happy with that. The insulator looks right to me, which is where you want to be looking, don't worry about the electrode on a new plug.
