Thanks Ruudboy, the powder coaters near me only wanted to do the big easy parts. So I took the plunge and bought a diy set up for myself. It was really easy to do and the company sell a good range of colours and in small quantities. I will get on with the rest at the weekend.

Thanks Ric, the trouble at the mo is I'm working away all week and only have the weekends to play, I should have the chassis up and rolling in a couple of weeks. The engine is up next, this need a complete strip and re-build. It also needs a re-plate and piston as well. Re sleeving seems to be popular for this engine. At least it gives you 5 more goes at it. And to think they do a 610cc big bore kit ahhhhhhhhhh.

OK, done a little more to the beast. Started putting back together a few of the main parts. Put together the forks, front wheel and headset. Also got the seat back from Saxon Seats. But I am having a major headache with the tubeless front rim. Now I get the benefit of having one but what a pain in the ass to fit. Taking in off was a real ball ache. I took it to a guy who only does motorcycle tyres and boy did he struggle. In the end the rim and tyre were both damaged. So I bought another 2 tyres, the first went on after a lot of trouble but would not seal and the second faired no better. So I have now gone back to a good old split rim for now. I had to cut the rim off the tyre, this pains me greatly I have done £90 on tyres and £30 on a rim, plus the price of a split rim.
