Jeb at Sound Speed Scooters in Seattle is the one behind it. He has some funding to build an electric scooter. If history lends itself, he is a fantastic craftsmen, he pioneered a great moped racing frame that he jigged up and made a production of, so he should do well here. I hope it works out for him!!!!
