I'm enjoying this thread.

I think the answer everyone is looking for is 42.....

Or was that from the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy. ;)

okay, so i've not made an exhaust before and nor do i plan to..... but.....

What factors are the ones that would alter the length of a pipe?
What factors are the ones that would alter the diameter??

Theres some massive bodied exhausts out there now (phat mamber etc).

I always presumed that a larger diameter was important if say i had an extra transfer welded on top of my casing (lower primary)???

As over the same period of time (length) the exhaust could shift more volume??

I understand that there are may factors that can alter, but just looking at p/c???

anyone?
