trueing up a crank

Just bought a standard Italian GP crank of fleabay, seller says it might need to be checked to see if its running true, what tolerances does it need to be? also if the bearing is shagged ( well it only cost £9) whats the best, reasonably priced conrod kit on the market? its only going to be going into a 175 lump so no trick bits are required, thanks Paul

Send it to Chalky White at Replay Scooters Rothwell. He does crank rebuilds in house..... Not expensive with standard parts

You could stick a Yam 110 rod in it. Should imagine it'll cost in the 50 - 60 quid range but it should be TS1 proof then.
Chalky, Harry Barlow, or Grampian motors should all be able to do it.
