Does it run any better with the choke out? could be an air leak somewhere or a blocked pilot jet maybe.

End can on fire  that doesn't sound good, have you checked your plug colour? it could be running weak :?

electronic ignition? check your readings... wadding getting soaked with unspent fuel and when it gets hot it catches light,if you take off the flywheel check theres no swarf stuck on the magnets confusing the pick up causing it to misfire, could just be rust on the magnets if youve not used it since easter..

I would think it's ignition. Most likely CDI or pickup. It's getting a spark (but probably not at the right time) so I would think that the LT coil is intact and working.

A failing thyristor in the CDI could cause these symptoms, try substitutng parts from a working scooter, fit New CDI flywheel and stator, make sure it runs then replace with your CDI first see if it runs, next the stator and start it again, last the flywheel

Sometimes it's easier to fault find by substitution when the engine still fires as the readings you find might be correct, but when it runs the fault developes.

Hope you sort it,

PS I did ring, so you have my number if you need any help.
