Casa 185 kit
you should avoid 2 up for a bit, i use a sito ancillotti exhaust and seems good to me
An ordinary AF Clubman works well. no need to spend more money on expansions or the "improved" clubmans
Keep on keepin on

As a matter of interest what carbs/jets are folk running on these? I'm not sure about the jetting in mine but at the moment running a 20mm Delorto running through the airbox.
Even though kit only recently fitted it does seem a bit "strangled".

i run a 24mm PWK through a ram air filter, and a lightened flywheel
Has anyone done a port map of this kit that they can post or know the port timings ?

Hope you don't mind me hijacking this forum; Minotaur, what jetting are you using. Have the same carb and casa kit, and finally some time to put it all together. Think I'll use a Gp air box.
i'll take off carb tomorrow and check as i'm fitting a powerjet anyway, and will then need to re-jet, i will let you know

Now found out that motor has already been run in.
Think I'll be changing from the standard carb 22 mm through airbox to a 24mm or 26mm.
I'll be looking at a decent exhaust too.
Any recommendations at all to get the best out of this kit as seems quite sluggish at the moment?

i've, just fitted an oko pwk with built in power jet i found on ebay germany, 36 pilot , needle 2nd clip 112 main, ram air remote and sito ancilloti exhaust , gp 200 gearing, the pwk with powerjet is a differnt proposition to the normal one, lovely to ride, smooth even power from t. over to w.o.t, not a blip thru the range
