any idear how much to have this done to an rb piston

once I have bought the rb kit I will be looking to get the inside of rb piston polished and
lightened a bit anybody got any idears on much it will be and who does it, also will be
looking to get the flywheel de-finned and I will want the crank balanced up to match
after all this anybody got any idears on cost and who will it for me.

just buy a mb drop forged racetour piston . i did

no ...most pistons are cast ally and are not as strong as a forged piston which is made from a lump of alloy and forced into a piston shape by what is effectively a big f@@k off hammer ...you can still put holes in them though

Try JB Tuning, he does loads of RBS and has all the required balancing tools. Top fella and produces very fast RB,s. also have specially adapted Vespa flywheels that he has made especially for him.

Just say sef reccomeded him (might get a discount on my next tune...lol)
