that sounds to me as it may be an electric/ignition prob...possibly spark plug whiskering up /or plug cap jumping off..

just put a new plug in and make sure the plug cap is a tight fit..and maybe check all ignition connections...
and then go for a blast out on your own...
i quite suspect that although you have got a stage 4 tune ,you are really not in need of this as you seem to spend most of your riding time twos up with your son on the back and probably going understandably steady away...and hence maybe why the plug has fouled up..
if you have say a NGK b 8 in now ,maybe try a 7.
ps sorry i didnt get back to you as regards the scoot rs pipe...but i looked around ,and no one seems to have one in stock..

Possible fuel starvation?

Fuel low in tank? Needing a little more throttle due to son on the back?

Mine used to do that getting close to full throttle under load ie up hill , I changed to a fast flow tap and been fine since.
If it aint broke.........tinker with it.....
