We've been playing with all sorts of Clubmans and conversions for weeks, this is one version we tested.

Red and green shows a modified version of the a AF Clubman vs a Unmodified AF Clubman (dotted)

IT IS NOT AN EXPANSION HIDDEN INSIDE A STANDARD BOX, these are mods to Clubmans or standard boxes, although when we started we expected to put an expansion into a standard box, but as it turns out it's not needed.

In past tests we have seen 28hp out of a TS1 with a Clubman..........! And we have improved on this.

Speed shows with Li 150 15 x 46 at 59mph in 3rd as a touring set up with a 28mm carb, its excellent.

As for going to production, this has been discussed for 6 years as a new pressing, we have a new exhaust manufacturer making our new advanced Dev-Tours in two part pressed pieces, we did the modelling, molding work and we are waiting delivery for the first pressings, this on its own has taken 8 months, then we have to develop the new silencers and multi interchangeable down pipes!

These things take time.

Now seriously if there is someone out there who is a very good sheet metal worker who wants a job at MB Developments there are two work areas just for you to make exhausts all day everyday!
