Sick as f@@k off getting s**t ones, another one throwing arcs all over the headset cause its junk so does anyone know who sells a bloody top quality GP bulb holder that actually is worth buying and doesnt arc and the connecters fit in and it lasts more than 2 mins...????

yeah, I have fitted them to scoots, with no reports of problems. You will instantly be able to tell it is better quality than the dire ones available.
also, I picked one up at wicksteed from camlam's stall for £3, converted it to H4, it hasn't melted

was that the cause of your headlamp issues then ?

It certainly didnt help Byron, fault was in the handle bar light switch, the earth wasnt great and wasnt working right mate...another piece of s**t..

try stuaRT owen on here he had some good ones for sale £10 sometimes ther on ebay ther a cream colour

Cheers Steve I will give him a buzz..my easter ruined by a bloody bulb holder and light switch,,,tried to bodge early this morning but no brake light or intermitment brake light wasnt worth the hassle rideing round trip of 140 miles... :evil:

Waking the thread :)


Got issues with my gp bulb holder falling to bits so im going to source a decent one .
Also changed the bulb as only main beam working but stil the same.
Speedo one not working either.
Anyone had this problem ? Wondering wether its the handlebar switch or ignition ???
Aint had time to have a proper look yet.


Any thoughts ?
