Which is strange as I was there on Friday, and bought the kit, but without the piston, as they didnt have any
The service was very good though, from walikng in to leaving 40 mins, thats with the maching to the case.

Aha
So you have last piston, & I was told I had last piston
So is there a secret supply of pistons he asks himself
Did your piston have any Bridge lube holes in, as the one Ive got hasnt, which is strange as Ben said they where doing this as part of course on the RB22.
Maybe not a problem on RB25
mmmmmm

i saw the book they keep with kit numbers and customers names. the one i pre ordered was the last one checked off
.
casings machined while you wait,no lube holes in the piston, it was recommended at first service as locating the exact position of the bridges would be more apparent in each particular motor.well worth the 12 hour round trip from London

I was no. 29 in the book. Sneaking a look in the book nesrly all of the others were dealers, from around the world.
You would have thought they would have been given enough pistons to go with the kits,
