exhausts probs

i wonder if anybody has had the same probs ? i`ve tried the scoot rs + sterling stainless exhaust and besides having to cut the rear running board,i`ve also had to put the kick start down a couple of notchies on the splines so it didn`t catch on the support brace under the exhaust which shortens the kick

the last one i fitted did this..........but rather than have to move kickstart lever.......i just grinded away the exhaust bracket that it was catching on..........

Didn't have a problem with mine except it killing the power , had all the power of a pk50 after i fitted it
Has a mind full of useless s**t and isn't afraid to use it !

Same problem just dropped the kickstart a notch then fine.....No performance problems though infact im really impressed with it...used PMs and NKs in the past and well impressed with mine.

ts1 225 , Amal 34 ( main 340 , pilot 35 , 107 needle jet ), fresco then put the Scootrs on and it just wouldnt have it. Fitted a JL3 now alot better
Still got it in the shed + 2 mufflers 1 standard and 1 red open to offers lol
