We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm

Did you use an impact driver on the pressure plate screws for the drive side oil seal. "I asked why you had taken the mag flange off originally" as I have seen small indents (on the inside edge near the gasket face where the mag housing sits) in line with the four pressure plate screws when Impact drivers have been used.

If these small points of damage are repaired the mag housing once again becomes a tight slide fit.

I'm not saying its whats happened to yours, but with other engines/Mag Housings I have come across this before...

Hello,

I did use an impact driver to assist in removing the plate screws. :?
I'll check the area in question if they do have damage. cheers
