you,ve got to pump the lever a few times, then quite quickly slacken off bleed nipple whilst lever is still pulled in ...
as soon as you see some fluid come out of bleed then re tighten it....
repeat process until you have a good brake...

I have a pm double.
They were a real pain to bleed because of the u shaped hose.
It makes the job so easy that its a job i now look forward to ..... The first time I used the vacuum bottle I crashed my scooter because I locked up the wheel after grabbing to much front brake.

if you have a little air trapped after trying to bleed, pull the brake lever half way, wrap tape or wire in this position and leave in a warm environment( fluid becomes thinner)for 24 hrs, and the last air bubbles will gradually rise to the top, every few hours you can tap the caliper and hose to encourage the trapped air to rise, this is the lazy way....

Get yourself about 2 mts of clear pvc tubing ala fish tank air/windscreen washer tubing
Warm it up so it fits the nipple, fill the reservoir and suck the other end of the tube as you pump the lever. When you start to see fluid in the tube, nip up the nipple and pump it a few times, with pressure on the leaver undo the nipple and tighten back up before releasing. I found it cleared very quickly and I was only up the tube by a couple of feet. You can stand up and see the fluid coming.
Go the full hog and buy Silicon based fluid It will not damage your paint if it splashes, also get yourself some dowtey washers instead of the copper ones supplied, they have a rubber seal as well as the copper washer.
