lambretta 22mm carb for 175

currently rebuilding 175 , going to use a 22mm jetex what slide would be best 150 or 200 :?

As I stated elsewhere on this forum, earlier in the year built a 125 to 175 conversion and used a Jetex with set up for 200 use, 118 main, 45pilot etc worked fine..........

Personally wouldn't touch a Jetex ever again. You can pick up a good condition SH1/20 for the same or less money and keep to the original spec

I have always wondered why people have this need to go to 22mm's on 175/190's, 20mm's have always worked very well for me, with good top end, torque and fuel consumption. Heck, I had a 22 on a wiseco 215 with a Mickeck, and that thing absolutly flew. Consumption wasn't too good on the 215 though, love that Mickeck, it'll suck fuel out quicker than most things get sucked out ;)

if i use a 175-conversion and a 20mil del. wots the jetting and the mix screw set at , any help would be great thanks . :) :) :)
