Front damper bush replacement.

Probably a daft one, but does anyone know how to make or where to find some new damper bushes for front dampers? Just got a really good working pair of dampers for my jet, but the bushes are pretty well shot. Could probably make some new ones out of urethane (from rs components) but not sure if that is a very cost effective way of doing it due to the small amount needed.Only want to try and use them as they are the fatter ones that seem to damp pretty well on both strokes.
