also best place to buy hose (not made up ) length reqd and what angled
ends are reqd.

The angle of the ends i use to make a nice neat job of it is 90 degrees at the top and a straight at the bottom, length of hose used iam not sure, but could try and estimate if nobody comes up with the right length. You,ll have to take abit of meat off the big steering locking thingy
to get the hose past it. Its not as easy on a series 2 as it is on a GP.

where is the best place to drill headset? towards the headlight?

i dremelled a groove in the bottom and used a bent banjo to bring the hose nearer front light . i did it all with headset top of and just let the hose decide where it wanted to lay.
