help with jetting

just taken out my cut down project,feels ok but a little rich .what main can i go down to
28 delly
main 118
x 13
the engine is a 200 fitted with a sterling exhaust and no fillter

A 118 main is towards the lower range normally when jetting.

Possibly put the full carb details on here, main jet pilot, slide, needle clip position and needle jet, for someone with a similar setup to offer advice.

If it's a new rebuild, leave it rich for the first 500 miles.
