hi again you lot,

ok here goes :-

i have just been in touch with beedspeed today as i would like my forks twisted and gold plated after i have installed the doulbe disk brake and they said they would't twist my Indian forks because of the qulity (crap), only Spanish or Italian forks, i did try and buy some brand new ones from them and have them twisted today but they said all theres are indian and they wouldt even try and twist them.

OK THERES MY QUESTION
are all lammy forks the same fitting can i use li, sx ect. in my indian gp for no modification

what ever i buy they will be cut up and twisted and damper braket welded on after any way
so what forks can i use and anybody got a bear pair of forks for sale. :?: :?: :!:

You can't use Li/Sx as the fork stem is a different length to the GP.

They can be cut and welded though.

Put an ad in the wanted section for a set of forks
I do not try to explain why I ride Lambrettas,
For those who understand, no explanation is necessary,
For those who don't, no explantion is possible.

I'm sure that there is a thread on here with all the sizes of the various Lambretta forks.
Italian GP forks will probably be difficult to come by, you might have to use earlier ones and as Red says have a small section taken out of them. I have a set like that myself on an LI that had the headstock cut down too. Don't use S1 & S2 either as the cut out for the headset clamp allen bolt is in a different place.
