Polished Brake lever Disc Brake
Have a black lever on my master cylinder. Anyone know anywhere that you can get chrome/ss/polished levers to replace the black lever????
just take it off and get that one polished or chromed, or cheap way just polish it yourself. I did it with very fine paper and then autosol metal polish

yeah agree with the above its only a coating you will be able to get it off and polish it up quite easily. Just borrowed a mates bench based polisher, its the nuts......
Simple, strip off the coating with nitromoors paint stripper, then polish with solvol Autosol, its easier with an electric buffer tho.
Keep on keepin on
If you use wire wool with the paint stripper it will help remove the paint. You can use the wire wool to mildly polish the alloy as well, if its a fine grade wire wool, it can leave a fairly decent finish prior to polishing.
buy the one in the picture for six pounds and do something less miserable with your time

Nice one. Quick work. Thanks. Didn't realise it was you. I'm kinda new here. Although with my technical and mechanical knowledge, it'll probably take me 4 hours to fit the lever.corrado wrote:![]()

It's in the post. But you'll have to miss out on 4 hours of fun.
