Brolam Playlife grips?

Was down at Wicksteed today and was going to get a set for my scoot but they didnt have any for an Li :( ...Can get them off fleabay but before i shell out, was wondering if anyone had used them on Li,s..If so any cop or are the ends gonna fall off after 5 mins... :(

Also while im being anal, which is the most comfortable grip out of the 3 they do?

I got some but not fitted them just yet, look spot on got the diamond pattern ones feel very spongy? I do hope the bar ends dont fall off after 5 miles..have a look at the post by jase frost on fitting bar ends.

DUNNO WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE BUT IF ITS THE tzr TYPE GRIPS AND CHROME LOOKING BAR ENDS THEN YEA THE ENDS MIGHT FALL OF I DID IT THIS WAY TOTAL COST LESS THAN £13 USING GENUINE TZR GRIPS WEIGHT WERE JUST ALLOY ONES FROM LOCAL AUTO SCOOTER SHOP

Gonna drill the end of handle bars and rivet or as jase frost shows drill thread then cut head off..although he does this to take up slop for gearchange and throttle but already done this on spare headset ready for next year (old sil one).

Shocky, have exactly the same set up as you, same grips as well. Dont know what the GP ends are like but the LI ones are way off. Have spent ages with a dremmel trying to grind down the circumfreence of the bar end and slotted it as well so kit would fit. Never really worked though as they always went in on the p155 even when hammered in.... :D

I think these Playlife grips work on the principal that the bar end sits in a groove at the end of the rubber sleeve as opposed to the actual end of the the metal handlebar tube? Thats the way it looked when i saw them on the stsnd...

Anyone confirm this?

what auto ? btw my bar ends are screwed in form the end i welded a 6mm disc onto the end of the handlebars and tapped a hole

yes serveta paul did the slides scoot is gone now and replaced with a GTS 300
