.....between 4.51 & 4.61 final ratio?

Reason I ask my new road tune TS1 had 15x46 with SX box and it felt under geared, went like missile through the gears but not exactly touring as I had intended.

Bobbed in a 16 front today which is what I used to run. It still pulls 4th and touring solo wil prob be the choice. Although if into a head wind might not be so good.

The options are 16x47 or start again, although changing to a 47 isn't a big step but it maybe enough just to pull 4th a bit better should conditions turn.

Anybody been in the same position. :)

What is the set up on the TS1, I've set mine up on an Li150 Italian with an 18x47
I was looking for a light up gear from LI Pacemaker this was on my SX as that felt under geared. Made the same revs on the flat but just lost the edge on an incline but overall it was a faster scooter. This was set up for solo riding with light luggage. A Taffspeed tuned barrel with a little bit more work done to the transfers, center plug head 12.2-1 taffy road pipe. my TV wouldn't pull this gearing, dosnt make enough power.

Thats fairly impressive thats 4.4 according to Scooterhelp.

Its just a touring tune, 20hp from 6500 to 8500rpm and 16 lb/ft of torque. Nice broad power curve and runs well, pulls the 16x46 just wondering how it will go with a passanger on or a bad head wind :? The 47 crown will make it a little better should the misses want a run out I think.......

That'll be another purchase then!! :o :D Or a new box....hmmmmm
