I have to say that the Ancillotti exhaust coupled with a TM24 carb makes my scoot run a treat.

If the stupid thing was made of steel rather than plasticine it would be brilliant.

maybe an AF big bore is the way to go but I recall seeing a dyno test that showed that the AF pipe developed less power and torque.
Meus Lambretta est non infractus. Is est quietus.

What sort of speeds are we getting out of these boxes? I've gone up a sprocket to 16t on an SX box bit still lack real top end speed. I would need a GPS or rev counter to tell 'real' world speed but my speedo, which is near enough. doesnt go pass 60.. getting theres fun tho..

Reamed Jetex to 26mm, thru airbox, drilled and the Tino (I believe, SS pipe) Ancilotti, 3.50 back tire, BGM stator, indian standard flywheel.

Thanks Frank [Red Ghost]. I remember this from your thread from the LCGB so was expecting that  What's worse is mine is meant to one of the newer ones that had fixed the issue with the tailpipe fouling the oil plug. Well I dry fitted it onto my GP200 engine that was siting on the bench--IT STILL FOULS!! Not happy! :x

At least my welder will be happy after he empties the contents of my wallet to fix all the issues!

Has anyone spoken to the supplier/UK distributor of these exhausts? What do they say about these failures and quality issues as there seems far too many problems for this to be acceptable :?

I've now reduced the size of the image in case any of you are of a nervous disposition.

I was bitten on the thumb.... as you can tell.

I've been reasonable happy with my Ancilotti, the inlet wasn't blocked like some and I ran it for months without a tail pipe bracket fitted. However, I've just notices a crack in the big bracket, must have done at least 2k on it mind.

Put the size back to 150 x 150, as you have lost focus. You know it makes sense. ;)
