Love the look of my R1 shock, they look brilliant, just not convinced about the performance of it.Springs right for my weight (12 stone, sorry lads :D ), but doesn't feel right. Anyone out there want to share their settings?
Thanks.

At 12 stone I don't think you're heavy enough to have a r1 shock fitted to your Lammy, in fact I don't even think you're heavy enough to even own or ride a Lambretta, isn't their a law about that or something :?

JUST START AT THE SOFTEST SETTIN ON THE REBOUND AND COMPRESSION DIALS THE LARGE RING ONLY NEEDS ADJUSTING IF YOUR GOING 2 UP what bushes do you have and how have you fixed the shock to the mounts

Shocky,

Shocky, no complaints about the quality shock at all as I bought it off you. It's on brass bushes and today I've not hardened the nuts down too hard and loctited them (stainless dome nuts), also wound the spring down to it's softest setting, so I'll see how it goes to Rhyll tomorrow.
Thanks again.
