I'm running a similar set-up Casa210, 28mmdellorto + 42mm clubman. It's a little rich at the moment but this is the carb set-up: The engine starts well, idles, but splutters on picking up the throttle and seems to rev out Ok

Main jet 118
Pilot jet 52 (needs to be 50 or lower)
Needle X7 (2nd clip from top)
Slide 40
Atomiser AV266 changing to AV264

You probably need to take the carb off and find out which jets etc you have and re-post them for a more accurate diagnosis? Hope this helps a little.
P.S. There is not a standard setting for the carb only as supplied by the dealer? according to what the original engine application was or was requested.

e.g mine was supplied for a 150 engine and had a 40 slide, X2 needle, 105 main jet and 55 pilot jet and AV268 atomiser............
NO IT'S NOT A F***IN* MOPED!!!!!!
