I built one of these engines for a local guy at the begiining of the year. I used:-

A Jetex 22mm carb with the GP150 inlet manifold (has small engine block inlet stud fitting and will take a 22mm carb)
Jetting:-
150 slide (with cutaway at the back)
118 main jet
45 pilot jet
5899-2 atomiser
I used the Dellorto jets and atomiser against the Indian fitted ones.
Engine is currently being run in with no problems as yet and seems reponsive to the throttle. I also fitted a 16 tooth front drive sprocket to raise the gearing a bit.

However if you can get a Spaco version(Indian) of the 2/22 carb then these are everybit as good as the Italian ones but you should be able to use the above jetting on this as well.

Hope that helps a bit................
NO IT'S NOT A F***IN* MOPED!!!!!!
