Rapidos need the port edges smoothing as they are rough as a badgers chuff as std and either wear the rings out at a rapid rate or hang the rings up and go bang. Even just doing this with no further mods will release a bit more power and torque as the rings stay far more "round" most of the time and seal better. Widening the exhaust port even 3mm and getting the timing to 176 along with equalizing the transfer timing and blending and flowing the inlet/manifold and casings will get you to over 18bhp and 17/18 torques with a nice fat powerband using, say a PHBH 26 through a modded airbox.

A bit slow and a little under powered by most peoples standards, but here's the 3rg gear run on Readspeeds Dyno, Before and after changing main jet to 125 from 128... AS I said earlier not as fast as it was when it was first built and Torque is well down on what it was when new... The bore is starting to wear and the rings went in at near to 19 thou when replaced last time... The original rings were gapped at 11 thou when new when the kit was new... the scooter still sits at speeds upto 70+ but not as strong as it once was..
