anybody know if rings are available,pistons too if anyone knows

They were listed in the old M&P catalogue for £25 complete with rings... last time I bought one off them was 7 years ago might still be doing them Mitaka piston otherwise try... Grampians in Musker st, Crosby... its either sefton or merseyside... all the best of luck..

Pattern Suzuki TS185ER pistons are available from a number of sellers on Ebay
Mitaka seem to be the favoured one in terms of quality. Grampian Motors are the wholesaler/ manufacturer of these and will sell them retail. Otherwise most of the usual scooter tuners will be able to supply you with one, Beedspeed were listing them on their website, Harry Barlow of Pro Porting could supply one as could Chiselspeed and most of the other guys.
Rings are available too.

are these not wiseco pistons? my old suzuki 190 was. check a look at their website. www.wiseco.com, i think it is under dirtbike pistons.

You can use wiseco but the mitaka ones are very good.

dont some ts185 pistons have a narrower skirt leaving about a 1mm gap in the inlet ?
