Halfords sell a couple of good wrenches big one 50 to 240 small one 4 to 45 nm well calibrated around £80

In the main, I use 3/8" square drive sockets on scooters, with use of 1/4" & 1/2" when necessary or easier.
The 3/8" torque wrench I can recomend is Norbar. It was all I could afford @ the time, that met the criteria, so has a 'push through' drive square. It only goes up to about 50 lb/ft but that means it is likely to be more accurate in the limited range. That said, I have used it for a lot of cylinder head nuts, sprocket tightening & flywheel securing!
