I've tried searching and can't find an answer to this. What are these two ports/tubes, one either side of my PHBH? Do I need to do anything with them?

I've tried searching and can't find an answer to this. What are these two ports/tubes, one either side of my PHBH? Do I need to do anything with them?

They are bowl overflow pipes don't worry about them if fuel does start flowing from them its usually because the float has stuck and not shutting fuel off
