I put my original front sprocket back on, so now stock SX200 gearing, and yes it pulled much better. When I tried to do a top speed test I kept getting stuck in traffic so gave up trying to go faster than 110 kmph, It will have to wait until spring now (I'm in Canada). As an experiment, I also switched from a bgm clubman to a PM tuning Evo pipe. That really cleared up a flat spot I was having trouble solving by jetting adjustments. I will post my jetting next time I have a chance to pop the carb off and check whats in there now (7 scooters, I loose track).

I'd need to double check but pretty sure it is;
Main 135
Slide 40
X13 one clip from top
AV268
Idle 55
Choke 70
Pretty much how it came out of the box from Rich Taylor, IIRC only thing I changed was the float needle to a 300

... good to hear that you're happier now with the gearing. When Spring comes around you'll have to give us an update on the rest of it too.Davidsquaredson wrote: ↑Mon Feb 11, 2019 3:18 pm I put my original front sprocket back on, so now stock SX200 gearing, and yes it pulled much better.
