Lambretta series 1 & 2 parts interchangeable?

Not sure if this should be in Lambretta Tech section, so feel free to move

Have inherited a '58 serles 1, mostly all there except for legshields and forks.

Have been offered series 2 replacements, and was wondering would there be issues with the bracket behind the horncasting being different ?

Same with the forks, is there a difference between series 1 and 2 due to the positioning of the steering lock ?

Legshield brackets are different but can be modified to fit correctly quite easily. Forks no problem,I have TV series 2 forks in my 58 series 1.

Been offered both at a decent price, so good news there won't be too much aggravation with the legshields.
