New pinasco casings
Which New pinasco casing would you use ? If you were going to add a cylinder to , which required the studs repostioning and gasket face enlarging

Smallframe? Largeframe? Which cylinder are you planning on using? What type of induction does it use and where?
Assuming it's a largeframe and you're using a more modern type of motorbike barrel which generally use crankcase reed induction I'd start here.

I'm gonna be using a slave casing which will be heavily welded and machined to take cylinder, wondered if there was a difference in strength in the rest of casing between p2 and T5 ?

Interesting question! The 150 cases, having the smallest ports, look like they have the most to offer in terms of freedom in positioning the studs. Might be wrong but that's how it looks to me.
Can the Pinasco T5 case take a 60mm stroke crank like the 150/200 cases?
Wouldn't all the internal castings be pretty much the same aceoss the range?
