Plug colour

Does this plug colour look alright? A friend mentioned it looks to lean but looks spot on to me

remember looking at the plug colour will only tell you the mixture at the throttle position you were last using, for example if you were checking your main jet you would need to hold the throttle fully open for at least half a mile, preferably up hill, to put the engine under load, then turn the engine off and clutch in and stop, remove plug and look at the colour, if you have just been doing normal riding with part throttle that will be using idle jet and needle and atomiser , it could still be weak at full throttle unless checked properly, i have holed a piston or two in the past with too small a main jet.

^... VERY GOOD ADVICE.

Looks ideal at that last throttle position but, as Holty states, it means little or nothing about the full range of throttle positions. It is a very good start though :)

I know my main jet is rich enough and my idle is ok this was half throttle checking my needle and atomiser
