i made the exhaust spring mounted at the stub, but didnt put a slip joint as its not going to need the barrel moving up or down as ive already machined my packer plate to the required thickness to get the port timings where they need to be. i made a small bettery tray the other day, plus a bracket for the fuel tank, got my external pick up, thats my next job.

external pick up fitted and flywheel timing marks added and trigger

repaired rear brake pivot hole, reamed out hole and added 2 oilite bushes

had a re think on the tank and moved it forward to make more room tor the carb, i will put my battery and tray somewhere else

and today fitted new front sprocket, chain and 7 bgm race clutch plates and mb springs

so engine is all finished and ready to fit, so i have taken the engine out of my rb250 gp as that is what it is going in, done a small repair behind the number plate and fitted the tank upto now, been to rayspeed today and got the rest of the parts i need.

The packers under the casing worked well did the kickstart work ok looks great
