no lights/horn

hi all,just got back on my lambretta and got no lights,brake light,horn or power
to my vapor speedo!!,could the bgm regulator be at fault???,all connections
are as should be,thanks for any suggestions

Yes.......but unlikely. regulators tend to be quite robust and hardly fail. Have you got power going into the regulator ? if so check for power coming out.........then follow the power to the headset and try testing again.
