ScootRS disk, is this play okay? What's up?

The cover that has the Speedo drive can rotate in the plane of the wheel a few millimeters. Enough to make a click sound. I've attached a 5 s video as well. Brake functions perfect. Just curious if others have the same thing or I have not set this up correctly.
