Oil seal protruding
Hi guys kickstart on my gp binding so took it apart and what I noticed is the oil seal is protruding stopping the washer under the circlip sitting flat, hence the shaft not all the way out so it's rubbing on the clutch plate, I will grind some off the shaft, but how do you get the oil seal flat tried most things

Looks like the lip on the seal has been pushed back when the shaft was pushed through. Take the shaft out, check the seal but chances it's damaged, grease the shaft and seal and gentle push the shaft back in twist slightly at the same time.

The outer bush may not be pushed into the sidecase far enough, preventing the oil seal from going right in.If this is the case the rubbing may be a seperate problem, this is why I suggested reading page 69 of the manual,it tells you about the problem/problems that you are having. The rubbing on the clutch with the kickstart shaft is quite normal and the end of the shaft will need grinding/filing until it stops rubbing
All sorted now, went to readspeed and had a chat new oil seal and circlip
Thanks for the help readspeed
